Eligibility Criteria

Undergrad Programs

RLI Part 1: Any Rotarian, Rotaractor, Anns and Friends of Rotary can take part.
RLI Part 2: Should have completed RLI Part 1.
RLI Part 3: Should have completed RLI Part 2 and for at least six months should have imparted knowledge gained within / outside the Club and put learning into practice.

Graduate Programs

Must have completed RLI Part 3.

Faculty Orientation Training (F.O.T.)

Recommended Guidelines:
1 The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Rotary.
2 Must be a Past President.
3 Must have held some District Post.
4 Should have held a District administrative position like Assistant Governor or related positions of some Districts (like the GGR, RC or DC).
5 Must have completed Part 3 at least a year back.
6 Must be willing to travel to other places to do RLI training programmes.
7 Must be willing to spend money, time and talent.
8 Must be a constant learner of Rotary and keep abreast with the changes and developments.
9 There would be a selection procedure to identify the right candidates for F.O.T.

Selection Committee consists of :

  • Divisional Advisor
  • Divisional Chair
  • Divisional Secretary
  • District Coordinator
  • Any one senior officer from RLISA such as Advisors, Vice Chair, Secretary or Joint Secretary. The selection may be conducted on a virtual platform.

Candidates From Other Zones (Divisions):

  • Acceptance letter from Divisional Chair.
  • Acceptance letter from the respective Governor.
  • Proof of completion certificates of Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3.
  • Undertaking from the candidate stating willingness to travel at own cost, spare time for RLI sessions and actively spread the message of Rotary Leadership Institute.
